I was passed "Return of the Living Dead- Rave to the Grave" to take a look at and just have to say this "Can't they just stop already?" The stories just keeping getting more assine with each new installment. This time around the gang finds the Trioxin and think it's a hallucinogenic drug that even floors ecstasy. Cody makes the pills to have drug dealer Skeet sell to students at a rave party. As student after student pop these poison pills filled with the Trioxin they start to turn into zombies who hunger for brains.
After the day I have had today I am ready to take the damn pill myself...kiddin. I would however throw that ignorant bitch from Cvs right in to the open arms of a starved zombie. One of the good things in this film was the Uncle finally gets his assed chewed by one and this has been a long time coming. I was rooting that rotten flesh right on feeling a sort of sick joy that if they make another movie he can't be in it.
The other part to this story is all sorts of people are looking for these canisters like they are on a scavenger hunt and the prize they would receive was some cash and a trip to Disneyland. All I can say is I hope the next time someone creates another script about the same damn green canisters or the same boring group of kids finding it, Lionsgate r buries it. There were a few funny parts but other than that there isn’t much of anything but boobs, brains, and bullshit! Even the boobs don't float it.
If you are a zombie freak and just have to set you sights on anything that graces the topic, you might be able to lull thru it on a slow boring wave. The makeup was even half heartedly done so it looked like the only thing that turned after someone was bitten was their face. At the end when a lone zombie shuffled it's way unevenly down the street I prayed a car would come and crush it's stupid skull... it never happened. 1 lousy can
