Ryan Jafri's "The Cure" is a film that is about 7 minutes long but it still sucks you right in, enough for you to get the full effect you would of gotten from any movie that was an hour or longer. I never was really into shorts before but lately I have seen a few really good ones and this one tops that list.

Kristine Watts is a tortured soul who feels she must right her wrongs and finds only one way to do so. There is no speaking in this film it's narrated by the main character who has already made up her mind and will not change her decision...beware of a woman scorned.

You can't always get what you want, so what to do when such a problem arises? Do you just sit there and suffer in silence...should you? Well Kristine thinks that you shouldn't and decides to take matters into her own hands. There's a very thin line between love and hate, but she is riddled with both.

This film will suprise you with the way you'll think you know everthing and then your thrown for a loop and wonder where that came from. You know a film is good when afterwards your talking about it or when your wanting to watch it again. It was good to see that you don't need to have a three hour long movie to get your point across, seven minutes does just fine.
