BumsCorner: You look familiar...where have I seen you before?
Kimberly: I was in a bunch of short films like “Billy’s Choice” and “The Interrogation of Clark Grant”. They went to local New York City Festivals.
BumsCorner: What's your favorite Christmas movie?
Kimberly: Emmett Otter’s Jug Band Christmas with Kermit the Frog in it of course. Not the new hacked version without him. It’s a classic my brothers and I still watch every year. Nothing comes close.
BumsCorner: Do you cook around the holidays, or let other people do the work?
Kimberly: I’m a baker. I can make all types of cookies and brownies. This year I plan on making a rum cake – if I have any rum that is : )
BumsCorner: Any particular tunes get you in the Christmas spirit?
Kimberly: Tales from the Crypt Christmas is what helps me through the shopping season. Anytime someone bothers me I just begin singing “Deck the halls with parts of Charlie…” It’s truly calming and makes me laugh.
BumsCorner: Do you shop through the year, or last minute rush?
Kimberly: I love to shop for my nephews, but toy stores drive me crazy. I am truly a person who starts shopping in November and finishes well before the holiday. I do a lot of shopping online to save time and aggravation.
BumsCorner: We're having drinks with Santa later, any one particular gift we should tell him you want?
Kimberly: I truly want a new small 3ccd camcorder and a 10.2mp slr digital camera – think you can hook me up? I have family I love to record and take images of.
BumsCorner: Snow: makes the spirit bright, or cold white death?
Kimberly: I love and hate snow. I love it when it first falls. My mom and I have fun throwing snow balls at one another. Then we realize we have to shovel it and then it’s not so much fun anymore. | |  | |
BumsCorner: Working on any cool projects you can tell us about?
Kimberly: I just finished shooting Susan Adriensen’s “Under the Raven’s Wing.” I played Raven – the leader of the sick and twisted film. It’s shot as a documentary, but the film itself is so intense and harsh. Not to mention I had an amazing cast and crew to work with. Susan is an amazing director and writer. My co-star, Jessica Palette, and I had a difficult scene, and she made it so comfortable that it was easy.
Other than that I am shooting a short film called “Fistful of Sand” in East Stroudsburg before the holiday. It’s about a cursed soul who makes your wishes come true. Just be careful what you wish for.
BumsCorner: I've got some mistletoe I was going to sneak above the door before you left, should I even bother, or will you pretend you don't see it and scurry out of here like the last girl?
Kimberly: Everyone on the set of “Under the Raven’s Wing” ended up with black kisses on their cheeks. If I have the lipstick on I promise to hit you up.
BumsCorner: Have you been naughty or nice this year?
Kimberly: I was very nice. Even when killing people in character as Raven, I promise it was smooth and serene.
BumsCorner: What's the all-time greatest TV Christmas special?
Kimberly: I honestly never watched any :(
BumsCorner: Screw all the Whos in Whoville...any final words for all the Bums in Bums Corner?
Kimberly: You guys are awesome to do this every holiday! I thank you for your support of “Under the Raven’s Wing” and everything I’m currently doing. I’m in a contest on Livemansion.com under the name KimieKat76. Basically if I get to the 4th round I get to audition for a SAG film.
