Tiffany Warren Yarbrough
I don't know what it is about that state, but there's not a lot of things I like in Texas. My buddy George (aka Patches, or The Beer Dwarf) is one, and Tiffany is the other.

Be sure to check out her site, support the arts, and buy some swag.

Scraps: What are your favorite Christmas movies?

Tiff: My favorite Christmas movies have to be either Scrooged or Nightmare Before Christmas. :-) I normally watch horror flicks on Christmas lol.

Scraps: Any songs get you in the Christmas spirit?

Tiff: What's always gotten this Grinch in the mood was "Angels We Have Heard On High." Or "I Want A Hippopotamus For Christmas" Those are my favorites. I'm not really much for Christmas anymore, but when I hear either song, it makes me smile.

Hell, it convinced me to put up the tree this year lol. I was forced against my will though to get gifts for people I don't like! LMAO!

Scraps: Do you shop early, or enjoy the last minute rush?

Tiff: I'm a bit of a scrooge, and of course being broke doesn't help lol. My mom and husband understand, so gifts aren't expected, we just get together, eat, and watch horror movies for Christmas. The way it should be ya know?
Gifts aren't the most important thing about Christmas. But when I do have to shop for people, or if it fits in the budget, it varies as. Sometimes I'll see stuff before Christmas that I think would be the perfect gift, so I'll get it right then.

Scraps: Do you cook at home for your family and friends, or prefer to have other people do the work?

Tiff: I'd love to cook for them, I'm usually helping my mom with the tamales though. I'm in charge of the baked goods, my family loves my pecan pies, so I usually bake a few. I'm thinking next year of forgoing the roast and tamales, and probably doing something more unconventional and ethnic. :-)

Scraps: What's your favorite all-time Christmas food?

Tiff: My mom's homemade tamales. :-D

Scraps: What one gift are you really hoping for this year?

Tiff: I don't like gifts to be honest. It's this weird thing I have, I just don't believe in them. Too many people think that giving gifts are the best way to show someone you care, or that it's important as far as what you get, how big it is, and how much it cost… Anything that I ever want can't be gifted to me.

Scraps: Anything you love to give out to your friends and family?

Tiff: Well, my family and friends… Well there are times where I want to share something special with them, so I'll get something small that's symbolic, or I'll make something for them, and give that. They always turn out to be happier. For others that I'm not as close to (or they're materialistic as hell), I'll just get them something that I think suits their personality.

Scraps: Working on any projects right now that the BumsCorner community should know about?

Tiff: It's been an odd year for me. After a series of computer (our editing machine hard drives crashing) problems, my wedding, and a motorcycle accident; the year's gone by so fast, so we hadn't really been able to get into our projects that are still listed as being in pre-production that should have been started by now lol.

Starting in January though we'll (OAMM Productions) begin shooting a comedy called 'Out of Order', it's going to be a short film, and then most likely moving on to one of our other projects that never got completed. Basically 'Out of Order' about this woman who goes on a blind date and gets a case of the mud butt, through out the course of the date it gets worse and she can't find a single working public restroom. I can't tell you how it ends, but it sure as hell is funny!

I'm trying to get myself more involved with acting, so I've been looking into a few projects that other people are working on. Not sure if I can talk about them in detail yet.

One thing that I'm really hoping to dive into this year is our horror-comedy "Terror in the Woods". It was the first project we ever set out to film, but lost most of our cast so we never really got to finish it.

I'm also working on the treatment for another script that we hope to film toward the end of '06 currently called "Wicked Suspects". It's a demonic true crime. ;-)

Scraps: Snow...makes the season bright, or cold, wet white evil?

Tiff: What is this snow… of which you speak? I live in San Antonio, which isn't a part of Texas that sees snow. I haven't seen it since I was 4. AND I DON'T REMEMBER IT! Wanna ship me some? I'd love to have it. <scraps note="note" oh="oh" i="i" have="have" a="a" ton="ton" of="of" snow="snow" love="love" to="to" send="send" you="you" right="right" now="now">

Scraps: Christmas Carols...get you in the holiday spirit, or more like chewing on aluminum foil?

Tiff: What is the deal with chewing aluminum foil? I never did get it; I don't get a lot of things though… I love going caroling though! It's awesome, I know around here people really seem to appreciate it; of course it helps if the singers can carry a tune. I haven't done it in a while though because I'm missing two voice parts. It doesn't go so well when you're just one. lol

Scraps: Have you been naughty this year, or nice?

Tiff: Well, I've been naughty, but in a good way…. Eh, who am I kidding lol. I've been ridiculously nice. I'm always ridiculously nice. Unless you count the three times I've tried killing people. But they deserved it, so it was justified.

Scraps: Have anything nice to say about Rufus and Scraps, the Head Bums of BumsCorner?

Tiff: I haven't had the pleasure of meeting yinz guys, but I'm sure that you're pretty nifty. You're the most active bums I've ever seen! So kudos to you and keep up the good work. Thanks a ton for the interview. :-)</scraps>
